Who makes you settle for too little?
Watch this video here Who makes you settle for too little?Hi there dear friends, my name’s Igor Vselenski, Today we’ll talk about an important step in your modification. Your should not settle for too little. Who makes you settle for too little? I used to know someone who never smoke or drank alcohol. He was about 30. And he decided to try tobacco. But he didn’t want to be an ordinary smoker like all the others. He really wanted to smoke a good pipe filled with good tobacco. So he bought an expensive pipe and expensive tobacco. He’s not rich, not at all. So he started to go around smoking his pipe. He felt good about it, he even thought he looked more respectable . But then the money was tighter and tighter. Tobacco was expensive. He tried a cheaper kind, and then another yet cheaper kind of tobacco. Then I saw him with a cigarette. I asked him: “What happened?” He said: “I want to smoke, but tobacco us expensive, so while I’m short of money, I’ll smoke cigarettes”. What was next? A month later I saw him drinking the cheapest beer, with a cigarette in his mouth, drunk as a skunk. He settled for the second best. He lowered his bar. And in the end, he failed. And he thought cigarettes were the problem. But actually he just settled for too little. The Universe gives us a choice and watches us choose. Those who don’t settle for too little, get more.
A lot of people have huge dreams. And they always have a choice: either to settle for little, go to work, get a bank loan, or to fight for their dreams and wish for more. This rule is valid for every time and place. It always works that way. It’s no use to date someone dull and dream of meeting someone extraordinary. If you want to get more from the Universe, don’t settle for too little. How else can it understand that you wish for more? You may whisper about your dream millions and fantastic dates all you want, but the Universe will only hear you if you don’t settle for too little. There;s no other way. The Universe feels what you do. If you try to trick it, it’s like multiply 2x2 and get 5. They often ask me what I think about bad habits such as smoking and drinking. And I know that a lot of people smoke and drink. Some believe you should prohibit everything, some believe you should allow everything. But the Universal religion is the most motivating thing. And it teaches that one should always set the bar higher and higher, refusing to settle for too little. For example, if you smoke cheap cigarettes, you should try a more expensive kind for a week, and then try yet more expensive ones, and so on. Sure, you may be surprised. You smoke a pack of cigarettes a day, but you can’t smoke expensive ones, you just can’t afford it. So you decide to smoke four times less, but these cigarettes will be four times more expensive. You shouldn’t try to find cheaper cigarettes, you should rather try to afford expensive and better ones. It has to become your sport. Go for less, but better. And then you’ll just get used to expensive cigarettes, and you’ll never get back to the cheap ones. But you don’t stop – you set the bar even higher, you try cigars and the hookah. So you use your habit, your weakness, in a way that it makes you move forward. Like Baron Munchausen who pulled himself out of a lake. And it’s not just about cigarettes. Or alcohol. It works for everything. For food at the store, for your car. For any situation when you can wish for more. At the store, you can buy two pounds of cheap tomatoes, or half a pound of better ones. Don’t think, just buy what’s better. Even if it’s your last dime. You need to always set the bar higher, don’t settle for too little. The biggest problem is teenage alcoholism. They adopt new laws, they increase prices, they forbid some beverages. But all you have to do, is to gather some high school students for one lesson. And tell them, that if they want to try alcohol, you can’t stop them. But they should avoid low-quality beer or vodka. That’s the bottom. It’s not cool. What is cool is Jack Daniels or Hennessey. Tell the girls in the classroom, that it’s not cool for a guy to drink cheap beer. It’s not cool. That’s it. And when the students decide to drink something, they’ll all chip in and buy a bottle of Jack Daniels, and everyone will have a sip, and that’s it. They won’t humiliate themselves, they won’t destroy their health with low-quality vodka, and everything will be fine. That’s what you have to do to fight teenage alcoholism. You just need to teach teenagers not to settle for little. And they’ll follow your lead. And by the age of 19 they will think about getting good education, a good job, because they’ll know that if you want good stuff you need good money. You have to understand that only if you don’t settle for little, you make room for better stuff. There’ll be moments when you won’t have the money, you’ll think about cheap drinks and food. But you have to remember, that everytime that you give up cheap things, you send a signal to the Universe. “I don’t need it. I need something different. I need something bigger. I need a different job, different food, a different person”. Show the Universe that you don’t need cheap things, a cheap life, and it will give you more. Otherwise it just won’t be able to know that you want it. Dear friends, start giving up the cheap stuff, or settle for it. That’s the only way it works. It’s going to be tough, it’s going to be hard. But your problems will be over someday, and your dream will be waiting for you. Your dream job, your dream car, everything you truly deserve, if you don’t settle for too little. Praise to the Universe
